A way for you to communicate with Marble clients and the Marble team effortlessly through your own Inbox.

How it works:
You retain your usual email address (e.g., Gmail) but send emails to clients using their unique Marble address
Clients receive emails as if they came from your Marble address, maintaining professionalism and consistency
All email exchanges automatically sync with Marble Attorney Home, ensuring everyone has easy access to communication history

Locating your client's Marble email:
Step 1: Go to the 'Clients' tab on your Marble Attorney Home page
Step. 2: Select the client that you want to email by hovering over their name and selecting the 'View Client' (eyeball icon)
Step 3: Once in their profile, select the 'Details' tab on the left-hand side. You will see the client's Marble email under 'Contact Details'

How to Send:
Step 1: Compose your email in your preferred inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use today) and paste the client's Marble address.

Is the email mandatory?
In order to ensure our co-counsels are successful in working with our shared clients, we have processes in place that co-counsels are expected to follow including utilizing client Marble emails.
Do I still use the same calendar?
Yes!
Will Marble see other information in my inbox?
No! Marble will only be able to see the emails that are for Marble clients, as well as any attachments added. We will not have any access to non-Marble related emails.
If a case is closed can the client still email me?
If a case is closed, the client can still email you as there may be an opportunity for additional services.
How do I activate the email?
No action needed on your end! The email will be automatically integrated into your inbox.
Do I need to start communicating with existing clients from this email address?
Yes! This will help ensure clients don’t miss any messages from you, keep our team in the loop on the status of cases, so they can follow up where they’re needed, and help you move clients forward faster. To find a client’s email address, go to their client profile page in the Marble Attorney Home.
Can my entire firm use this email?
Each attorney will have their own Marble email. We don’t currently support firm emails in our systems; but you can CC members of your firm on your communications where necessary.
