Introducing: the case kickoff call process

The first few days with Marble are crucial for setting the tone of the client’s journey. Clients who report satisfaction within the first week are far more likely to stay satisfied throughout their case.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest feature, designed to make client onboarding even more seamless: the rebranded case kickoff call (formerly known as the new client call), with new, client-controlled scheduling. 


What’s NOT changing: 

The focus of the call remains the same: outlining case strategy and setting expectations on timing and communication cadence going forward. You’ll still complete the case kickoff call via Dialpad in your Marble Attorney Home, eliminating the need to manually specify when the call happened. 

If you don't conduct the call through Dialpad for some reason, you'll still need to enter the call manually.
