Write in your own service title with more specifics for an “Other" service

Now when you select an “Other” service in the Legal Strategy Session, you’ll be able to write in your own service title with more specifics.  

For example: For “RFO - other", you can now add a Service Title such as “RFO for transfer of venue”.

Please note: Your exact wording for the Service Title will appear in the client’s Marble Agreement. This way, you’ll have a more specific way of setting out the name of the legal action you will be providing in this service.

How to add a service title:

1. Select a service: “Other”.

2. Write in your Service Title.

Remember, your exact wording for the Service Title will appear in the client’s legally binding Marble Agreement.

Currently, you have this option for the following services: 

• RFO other

• Petition other

• Motion other

Important guidelines:

1. Write the full name of the service required.
   For example: “RFO for…”, “Motion for…”, “Petition for…”, “Hearing for…

2. Write only the exact legal name of the action. 

3. Do not write any descriptive details regarding the client or action circumstances.

4. Capitalize properly. 
   Capitalize all words in the title, except for connective words. For example, e.g. “for”, “of”, “the”.

5. Double-check for accuracy and correct spelling.

6. Use the Notes section
   If you need to write additional details, please do so in the Notes section of the legal strategy session form.
