What are case status reminders?

What are case status reminders? 

Case status reminders are updates designed for clients who haven’t heard from us in 14 days. They’re automated within your Marble Home and allow easily share updates to boost your efficiency and streamline client communication. 

Case status reminders will help you: 

  • Easily document client’s legal case progression

  • Move cases forward with increased clarity and transparency

  • Keep cases organized 

  • Maintain a clear history of updates, interactions, and action items 

  • Reduce admin on your end  


How to use your client status feature: 

  • Navigate to your Homepage in Marble Home 

  • Any case that hasn’t had an update within 14 days will appear 

  • It will display your latest update and prompt you to enter in a new status

To add an update and email the client: 

  • To add an update: click on the “update status” button and enter your update

  • Once complete, use the dropdown menu to designate who the update is waiting on 

  • Saving your update will prompt a pop-up to email, containing a pre-populated status update email for your client; please feel free to edit as you see fit  

To schedule a meeting or call with your client: 

  • In the status update pop-up, simply select either the phone or calendar icon in the bottom left corner

If you have no updates: 

  • Select “no change” to remove the reminder from the status selection

  • OR click on the three horizontal dots and select “pause reminder” 

  • Both options will generate an email to the client informing them there’s no update on their case at this time – all you need to do is review and press send 

To delegate a task to your Paralegal 

  •  Select the three horizontal dots in the bottom right of the “case status update” and select “Delegate to paralegal” 

  • Add a detailed note describing the action you want your paralegal to take and press “delegate” to send the request to our team
