Where can I access the required documents feature?

You’ll be able to add the required documents as part of the Legal Strategy Session form and the service request form.

What happens if I choose documents for a service but need to change the service?

You can't remove documents you've added in the past; please reach out directly to the client if you find yourself in this situation.

Can I add my own documents?

Not at the moment. You’ll have a set list of 70 different types of documents to select from. But if there is a document missing from our list, you can let us know here.

What if I accidentally added the wrong document for a service?

If you’ve already submitted the form, you’ll need to email the client. If you want to remove a service before you’ve submitted the form, simply click the Trash icon to the right of the document name. Clients can also remove documents by marking them as unavailable in their Marble Home.

Is this available on desktop and mobile?

The form is currently available via desktop.

Will I get notified when a client submits a document?

Yes, you will get notified once the client has finished submitting their documents.

How will my legal team get updated on the status of document submission? Is this my responsibility?

We’ll send you an email, and you’ll also see updates reflected in your Lawmatics account.

What happens if I need more documents after filling out the service request form?

You will need to collect them yourself – the required documents feature is only integrated with the Legal Strategy Session form and the service request form at this time. We are actively working on continued improvements to the experience and will keep you updated on new developments.
