Marble distributes divisions of fees on the 7th and 21st of each month. If either date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payout will occur on the business day prior.

Submission Deadlines for Payout Consideration
To be included in the upcoming payout you must submit applicable items (for example, service closure request with documentation) by:

The 1st at 5pm PST for the payout on the 7th, and
The 15th at 5pm PST for the payout on the 21st.

This timeline allows 3–5 business days for our internal teams to review and approve submissions.

How Payouts Are Released
Payouts are tied to completion of all services included in the agreement (contract).

If an agreement includes one service and that service is submitted for closure by the deadline and approved, the payout for that agreement will be released on the next payout date.
If an agreement includes multiple services, the payout will not be released until all services on that agreement have been submitted for closure and approved.

Example:

An agreement includes two services: Petition and Mediation.
You submit the Petition for closure on the 1st, but Mediation is still ongoing.
Even though Petition was submitted by the 1st, no payout will be issued on the 7th for that agreement.
The payout for that agreement will only be released after both Petition and Mediation have been submitted for closure by a deadline and approved.

Direct deposit and when funds appear in your bank account
Please ensure you have set up direct deposit in Routable. An invite is sent before your first expected payout.Even though Marble processes payouts on the 7th and 21st, this does not mean the funds will appear in your bank account that same day. Bank processing times vary, and most providers take approximately 3–5 business days to post the funds after Marble releases the payout.

Some banks may show the deposit sooner.
Others may take the full 3–5 business days.
