Marble’s smart matching system makes Legal Strategy Sessions as productive as possible. Our system pulls data from your bio and calendar to ensure we’re only sending Legal Strategy Sessions relevant to your areas of expertise at times when you’re available.
Knowledge: Languages & specific areas of expertise.
Experience: If you’ve had the opportunity to work with clients of a certain religion or ethnicity and would like to continue doing so, our system can match you with them whenever they come up.
Preferences: If you’ve noted whether or not you want to take on urgent cases, attend court, or take on a specific service, our system will ensure that’s reflected in the strategy sessions we offer you.
Personalized leads: With leads tailored to your reported areas of expertise, you’ll be paired with the right clients – which may make them more likely to move forward with you, allowing you to earn more, faster.
Efficient scheduling: Take control of your time by syncing your calendar, and we’ll only book you sessions when you’re marked as available.
In the Marble Attorney Home:
Navigate to your Profile
Below your practice area, you’ll find a “Calendar sync” section
Click “Sync your calendar”
Select “Google Calendar” or “Outlook Calendar,” depending on which platform you use
Grant calendar sync permission from the platform you use
You’re all set!
In the Marble Attorney Mobile App:
Navigate to the “Scheduling” section of your app
Click “Sync your calendar”
Select “Google Calendar” or “Outlook Calendar” based on which one you use
Grant calendar sync permission from the platform you use
You’re all set
You’ll get a push notification to your Marble Home app
You'll receive a calendar invitation to your synced calendar
Navigate to the “Strategy Sessions” page in your Marble Attorney Home or your Marble Attorney Mobile App, and you’ll see a list of upcoming strategy sessions
The session will show up in the "Calendar" section of your Marble Attorney Home or your Marble Attorney Mobile App
In the Marble Attorney Home:
Go to the “Scheduling” page
Click “Set your meeting preferences”
Select the days of the week you’d like to take Legal Strategy Sessions
Select the maximum number of Legal Strategy Sessions per day you’d like to take on
Set time preferences for each day
