If you meet our requirement, Paralegals are here to assist you with the following tasks:
Communication:
Attorney communication and tasks: Paralegals can help ensure you’re staying on top of tasks and client emails for increased client satisfaction and retention
Case reviews: Paralegals will conduct case reviews with you every three weeks to ensure your goals are aligned and the case is progressing according to plan to ensure a positive client experience
Client support:
Case closures:
PL reviews CC-submitted Closure Form and uploads necessary documents for PL review, feedback, and approval
PL can help increase your revenue with Marble by facilitating additional service requests for clients who need them
Note: You should always disclose whether additional services are required on your closure forms, or you won’t be able to access this benefit–and may lose out on opportunities for growth!
Client withdrawal and reassignment requests
CC submits work completed and uploads necessary documents for PL review, feedback, and approval
Assistance with processing Downgrades & Scope Swaps

Please note that Paralegals are expected to complete the below within 72 business hours. If something is needed before then, please communicate with your Paralegal to determine if bandwidth allows. Should they need more than 72 business hours, they'll communicate directly with you.
