About to take on a Legal Strategy Session? Here are some of the best practices to help you make it a smooth meeting:

  1. Review intake notes beforehand

  2. Find a quiet environment

  3. Be on time and call the client at the start of the call

  4. Text the client if they don't answer on the first try

  5. Use an agenda, to make it easier:

  • Introduce yourself

  • Recap intake notes

  • Ask pertinent questions outlined in the post-Legal Strategy Session form

  • Provide recommendations

  • Fill out the post-Legal Strategy Session form - After recommending the services to potential clients, include them in the form and submit them immediately. Completing and submitting the form during the call allows the Marble team to contact the potential client right away. This can result in a higher likelihood of the potential client moving forward with us

  • Let the potential client know that the Marble team will be following up to discuss pricing and payment plan options
