Track case progress with activity log

Keeping track of your case progress is simple, with an activity log available for each client in your Marble Home.

Here’s how to access it: 

  1. Navigate to a client’s page 

  2. Select “Activity” in the sidebar on the left 

  3. All activity related to your case will appear, including; 

    1. Whether you successfully completed the case kickoff call (provided you conducted it via Dialpad) 

    2. Incoming and  outgoing calls (both accepted and missed) through Dialpad

    3. Case status updates and whether you’ve delegated them

    4. Documents requested for your clients 

    5. Document uploads (click the green “Go to document” button to review) 

    6. Requests to add or change services 

    7. Service closure submissions

    8. Service closure approvals
