Your benefits — and how to unlock even more

All attorneys who co-counsel with Marble receive our core benefits — from marketing and billing support to time-saving tools and full control over your caseload.

Marble Premier is designed to provide additional support and recognition for attorneys who manage higher caseloads while consistently delivering quality service.

Paralegal support

This table highlights how that support works in Marble Core (pooled paralegal support) versus Marble Premier (dedicated 1:1 paralegal support), so you can see exactly what you get at each level.

Understanding thresholds:

We assess eligibility based on three core metrics that reflect your ability to consistently deliver excellent client outcomes at scale:

  • Conversion: At least 26% of potential clients convert to new clients after the Legal Strategy Session.

  • Services taken: 40+ new services or additional service opportunities.

  • Client satisfaction: At least 90% of clients stay through service(s) closures.

These are the minimum thresholds for Premier consideration. Most Premier co-counsels exceed them, averaging over 60 services, a 30% conversion rate, and 96% client satisfaction.

Meeting these thresholds makes you eligible for additional benefits, including dedicated support and more. Higher performance is required to unlock the full set of Premier perks, like bonus opportunities and priority access to new features. (See the full benefit breakdown on the previous page.)

How movement between tiers works

Your tier status isn’t fixed — it reflects your ongoing performance and impact.

If you reach Premier thresholds, you’ll have a one-month period to maintain that level of performance. After that month, you’ll receive a confirmation email and immediate access to Premier benefits.

If your performance drops significantly below Marble’s expectations, we may reduce your visibility to potential clients and limit the number of new opportunities coming your way. If that happens, we’ll reach out directly to support you and explore the best next steps to help you improve.
