If you requested the client withdrawal, follow the following process:

Submission: submit withdrawal requests directly through Lawmatics.

You will no longer use the Reassignment request form for this purpose; the two forms will live separately, and this one will be called “Request for client withdrawal”

Steps to take after your Lawmatics submission: if the Managing Attorney in your state approves the request, you’ll see a banner in your Marble Attorney Home notifying you that you have a pending client withdrawal. Follow the instructions listed for “client-requested withdrawal” to complete the form. The only difference between attorney- and client-initiated withdrawal requests is the initial submission process.
