How to view your clients in the Attorney Home

Want to make sure you’re staying on top of your clients? It’s now easier than ever to get insight into who you’ve helped, whose cases need an update, and what clients are pending with our new My Clients page. 

Our filters help you move cases forward faster: 

• Pending clients, to monitor your case requests 

• Clients waiting on their new client call, so you can get their legal journeys started right away  

• Last activity, so you’ll have a record of all your client communication and activity (Lawmatics notes, phone calls via Dialpad, emails, and communications the client has had with the Marble team)

• Active services, to give you a record of all your services that aren’t yet closed 

• Additional services pending approval and upcoming key dates, so you never miss a big moment in a client’s case

You can filter according to:

• Whether a client is waiting on a new client call 

• A-Z

• Date last contacted

• Client status

• Quick links to Lawmatics: click on a client’s name in the Marble Attorney Home, and it’ll bring you directly to their Lawmatics page where you can log a case update.

• Parity across the Marble mobile app and Marble Attorney Home helps you stay organized, whether you’re at home or on-the-go

My Clients FAQ:

1. What is "Last activity" date showing?

Last activity shows you a record of all your client communication and activity (Lawmatics notes, phone calls via Dialpad, emails, and communications the client has had with the Marble team).

2. How can I make updates on my client’s case?

Click the client name in the Marble Attorney Home and it will link you to their Lawmatics matter. 

3. How can I see for which clients I requested to add or change services?

Use our "Pending additional services" filter in order to see which clients you added services to. You can also see which services were added.

4. What is the “active services” showing me?

Active services show the services that are currently in progress and not yet closed.
