How to use Dialpad
Dialpad allows you to make calls from a unique phone number (with an area code of your choosing) that never changes, so you can maintain a steady flow of communication with your clients without disclosing your personal phone number.

To start using Dialpad from your Marble Home simply click to call directly from our portal. For Mobile, copy the number from The Marble Home and paste it into the Dialpad app to initiate the call. |

You should have received an email inviting you to join Dialpad. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your account and number.

How to make a call from Dialpad on your computer:
Click the phone icon in the top left corner of the homepage
Type in the phone number you’d like to call and press Enter
How to send a text from Dialpad on your computer:
Click the text icon next to the phone icon
Insert the number
Draft the text and press send
How to use Dialpad on your iPhone or Android
Tap on the + icon in your Dialpad app on iPhone or Android to pull up the quick action menu. From this menu, you can:
Add a contact
Send a text
Make a call
How to use HD calling on Dialpad
HD calling is a Dialpad function that allows you to make calls via the internet instead of your phone. It’s great for free international calls and in areas with spotty cell reception. Follow these steps to set up HD calling in Dialpad:
Navigate to your Settings page
Select “Enable HD calling” for inbound calls
Select “Enable HD calling” for outbound calls
To disable, simply select “Disable HD calling” for both inbound & outbound calls
How to send a Dialpad call to voicemail:
If you receive a Dialpad call that you’re unable to answer, let it ring until it stops instead of declining it. If you decline a Dialpad call, the voicemail will go to your personal phone number and not your Dialpad phone number.
