How to update stages in your Marble Home

Exciting news! We wanted to make it easier for you to stay organized, save time, and easily keep clients informed. 

The service stages in your Marble Home are designed to help track case progress and efficiently update clients, saving you valuable time. 

How to update stages: 

  • Head to a client’s page and select Case Overview or the NEW Services tab

  • Click the dropdown icon on the far right of the service you want to update 

  • Update the status of each stages by selection Not started, In progress, or Completed

  • The stage update will be timestamped with a date

  • As you update stages, a progress bar will update at the top of the service; please note that this progress bar is only visible to you and not your clients 

How to edit a stage:

You can update any stage before closing a case. Once a service is completed, you cannot make edits to the stage, though you can see attached documents. 

When you’re closing a case: 

Stages updated during the case will be pre-populated into your service closure form for faster, easier case closures. 

When the client withdraws: 

If you submit a closure due to client withdrawal, the stage status will automatically update to “halfway done,” which you’ll have the option to edit.
