G-28 Process + FAQ

For USCIS Online Filed Cases:

Please submit the G-28 following the prompts within the USCIS online filing system. Ensure the law firm name is listed as "Marble PC" and the mailing address is 500 Westover Dr, Ste. 32446, Sanford, NC 27330.

For Paper Filed Cases:

1. Co-counsel will complete and sign a G-28 for each case. 

2. Ensure the law firm name is listed as "Marble PC" and the mailing address is 500 Westover Dr, Ste. 32446, Sanford, NC 27330.

3. Co-counsel will obtain client’s signature on the G-28 when requesting signatures for the rest of the forms.

4. Co-counsel will submit the G-28 along with the application/petition.

5. Co-counsel will upload a copy of the entire submission, including the G-28 form. 

Please note:

This new procedure is effective for all cases filed after April 1, 2024.

We are not able to receive IDs or original documents on behalf of clients, so please ensure that none of the options in Part 4 of the G-28 form are selected. 

All notices received by Marble will be uploaded to the client’s file in Lawmatics and co-counsels will receive notification at the time any notice is uploaded for one of their clients. If further action is required by the co-counsel, Marble will notify the co-counsel separately with details. 

Marble will automatically take care of signing the client up for any additional services that may be required based on the notice received.
