Soon, every new client will receive a branded welcome email sent on your behalf—fully editable so you can set expectations your way, with preferred contact methods and key next steps.

Key next steps
Your availability and work hours (optional)
Your disclaimers and personal intro language
Emails will be sent via your Marble email system (read more here), allowing Marble to maintain visibility into client communications for better tracking and support. This ensures seamless assistance for both you and your clients.
Once the feature is available, you’ll be able to:
Go to your Profile & Settings in Marble Home
Click the Client Emails tab
Click Edit email to customize the default template
Personalize how you want to welcome new clients
Save your changes
Why customize?
Taking a few minutes to personalize your template will save time with every new client and help set expectations clearly from the start. Until you edit it, clients will receive the default version.
