After the Legal Strategy Session, the potential client decides whether or not to move forward with Marble.

If they do choose to work with us, and you conducted their legal strategy session, you’ll be the first to receive their case offer in your Marble Attorney Home. Once you accept, you’ll both receive a Marble Agreement to sign, along with your state’s Managing Attorney.

Once the client has signed the Marble Agreement, the client will receive a request to schedule a call with you. If they don't schedule the call within 5 business days, we'll reach out and request that you schedule it. Please ensure there is open availability on your calendar for this call, or the client will be unable to schedule.

The easiest way to pave the way for a positive attorney-client relationship from the start is seeing a client’s case through from start-to-finish.

For the best possible experience, conduct every legal strategy session with the intention of representing that client should they decide to move forward.

Performing legal strategy sessions for clients you work with also makes things easier for you; it means the new client call can be more efficient and productive because you already understand the nuances of the case.

If you’re taking on a client, but you didn’t take their Legal Strategy Session, review intake notes and legal strategy session summary from the attorney who did, and come to the call prepared to refresh the client on limited scope.
