Host weekly meetings to expedite your adaptation to Marble. As you gain confidence, these check-ins will transition to a bi-weekly schedule or as required. These sessions delve into Marble's technologies and best practices, ensuring your proficiency and sustained success while expanding your caseload.
Conduct case reviews with your managing attorney to evaluate various performance metrics such as new client call completions, LSS completions, technology adoption, and client satisfaction, ensuring adherence to the Marble Standard and assessing the mutual benefit of the co-counsel relationship.
Following the evaluation period, your engagement specialist will transition you to a dedicated long-term engagement manager for continued support.
